Cancer Patients Can Rely on You’ve Got Maids of Central Houston

LOCAL COMPANY MAKING A DIFFERENCE DURING COVID-19
Houston, TX – October 1, 2020 – You’ve Got Maids of Central Houston has been donating cleaning services to local cancer patients for almost three years through their partnership with nonprofit Cleaning for a Reason. Owners Moylam and Raul Wong understand the importance of a clean environment when undergoing illness and are committed to making a difference for cancer patients and their families.

Said Raul Wong, “During this COVID-19 crisis, the health and safety of clients and our staff are our top priorities. We are following CDC guidelines by wearing masks and gloves, while social distancing in a home. We are also using an EPA-approved disinfectant when cleaning.”
Since January of 2018, You’ve Got Maids of Central Houston has supported 12 cancer patients with a total donated value of $4,324 in cleanings. Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, You’ve Got Maids of Central Houston supports three cancer patients’ homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge.
This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Houston, inside the Beltway 8 Freeway. Areas include Briar Forest, Central, East Downtown (EADO), Galleria, Garden Oaks, Greenway, Houston Heights, Inwood, Medical Center, Memorial, Memorial Villages, Meyerland, Midtown, Montrose, Musueum District, Timbergove, Oak Forest, Rice Military, River Oaks, Sharpstown, Spring Branch, Uptown, Westchase, West U, and Woodland Heights.
