LOCAL CLEANING COMPANY CONTINUES MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Clarksville, TN – September 29, 2026 – Ten years. Thousands of clean homes. Countless happy clients. And more than $8,000 in cleaning services donated to local cancer patients.
For Christina and Stevie Cowart, owners of Your Happy House Cleaner, celebrating a decade in business is about much more than a milestone. It’s about the families they’ve served, the team they’ve built, and the opportunity to make a difference beyond the front door.
The husband-and-wife team is marking 10 years of serving local families with a commitment to creating healthier, more comfortable homes—and supporting people facing cancer through a longtime partnership with nonprofit Cleaning for a Reason.
Since 2017, Your Happy House Cleaner has partnered with Cleaning for a Reason, providing more than $8,000 in free cleaning services to 22 cancer patients. The company’s 10th anniversary was recognized with a special proclamation from Clarksville Mayor Joe Pitts during Cleaning for a Reason Month in April.
Cleaning for a Reason partners with professional residential cleaning companies throughout the United States and Canada to provide free home cleaning services to people of all ages with any type of cancer who are undergoing treatment, recovering from cancer surgery, or receiving hospice care. Cancer patients receive two complimentary home cleanings over two consecutive months, subject to the availability of a local cleaning partner.
“We believe every cancer patient deserves a clean, peaceful place to come home to,” said Christina Cowart. “A clean home can provide comfort, reduce one more worry during treatment, and give families more time and energy to focus on what matters most. It’s an honor to give back through our partnership with Cleaning for a Reason.”
Marking 10 Years With a Community Fundraiser
To mark its 10th anniversary and build on its support for cancer patients, Your Happy House Cleaner will host a fundraising campaign for Cleaning for a Reason throughout October.
For every deep cleaning booked during October, Your Happy House Cleaner will donate $25 to Cleaning for a Reason. And recurring clients can join the celebration, too. They can add an oven or refrigerator cleaning to their regularly scheduled service, with proceeds from those add-on services donated to Cleaning for a Reason.
