Val’s Services Donates Home Cleaning for Cancer Patients

LOCAL COMPANY MAKING A DIFFERENCE DURING COVID-19
Chicago, IL – February 8, 2021 – Val’s Services is teamed up with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit serving cancer patients through free house cleanings. Owner and CEO Val Oliveira is committed to making a difference for families in the community and wants to extend her reach to helping cancer patients.
“Your home is your heart—regardless of your situation,” said Oliveira. “A clean home is a healthy home, especially during this COVID-19 crisis and more so for cancer patients who are immune-compromised. Our team is passionate about helping clients take the load off of day-to-day tasks, while safely cleaning their home. We are sanitizing and disinfecting using eco-friendly cleaning products. We do not use bleach or toxic chemicals. We finish every cleaning with essential oils. Val’s Services is eager to help cancer patients brighten their day and help them focus on their health and family, while we focus on their home. We are following CDC guidelines and wearing masks and practicing social distancing when in a home.”
In partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Val’s Services has agreed to help cancer patients by cleaning two patients’ homes per month for two consecutive months at no charge. This will be an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Chicago.
