Pam And A Bucket Mopping Up Cancer

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
LOCAL COMPANY MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Muskegon, MI – April 20, 2022 – For the past four years, Pam And A Bucket, LLC has supported seven cancer patients with the gift of a clean home in the Muskegon area. Donating more than $1,665 in services, the company works in partnership with nonprofit Cleaning for a Reason. Owner Pamela Hoover understands that a clean house can help ease the burden of a cancer patient.
Cancer affects nearly everyone,” said Mrs. Hoover. “Either you have first-hand experience and have received treatment—or a loved one, friend, co-worker, or acquaintance has. It’s uncommon to NOT know someone who is currently suffering with cancer or who has passed away or survived it. We want to be there to help others who are currently going through treatments. The last thing someone who is sick and immune-compromised should be worried about is whether their home is clean or not. We want to make lives easier through the simple task of cleaning.”
Cleaning for a Reason Week is April 18-24 and any one can help by volunteering or donating to the cause. For more information on how you can help more cancer patients receive the gift of house cleaning, go to cleaningforareason.org/cleaning-for-a-reason-week.
Said Debbie Sardone, founder of Cleaning for a Reason, “During and well after the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s critical to keep cancer patients’ homes clean, safe, and healthy, as their immune systems and strength may be compromised. Cleaning for a Reason Week is a great way to give back to cancer patients and do what the cleaning industry does best—clean!”
About Pam And A Bucket, LLC
Launched in 2010, Pam And A Bucket is a small, woman-owned business offering residential and commercial cleaning. Licensed and insured, owner Pam Hoover takes pride in being pros at what they do.
Mrs. Hoover asks, “Do you know that the ph level of your cleaning product makes a difference for what you’re cleaning? You cannot use an acid (low ph) cleaner on natural stone surfaces, as it will etch and dull your stone. We are in the business to know what works and what doesn’t, what’s safe and what’s not, and aim to help maintain and/or improve the appearance of your home.”
