Legion of Clean AZ, a Top Choice for Cancer Patients

LOCAL CLEANING COMPANY MAKING A DIFFERENCE
| Phoenix, AZ – July 17, 2023 – Since 2020, Legion of Clean AZ has partnered with Cleaning for a Reason, a non-profit organization offering complimentary house cleaning services to cancer patients. Legion of Clean AZ has in total supported 45 individuals fighting cancer, generously granting them free house cleaning services valued at $15,323. Their dedication led to recognition as a Top 10 Partner in 2022, specifically as the #8th Cleaning Partner out of 1,200, for serving the most cancer patients that year. |  |
Owner Stefani Hathaway expressed, “It is an absolute joy of ours to serve the community! Getting to see this certificate every day is a reminder to keep striving to serve more and more cancer patients. My grandmother, a survivor of two separate battles with cancer, has instilled in me a profound empathy for those going through similar struggles. Assisting cancer patients in our community has become our purpose, bringing immense joy to everyone involved. Cleaning for a Reason is an extraordinary organization that enables us to lighten the burden of each patient’s treatment journey, and there is truly nothing more rewarding than creating a clean, healthy, and comfortable home for them.”
Legion of Clean AZ is committed to supporting four homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge for cancer patients residing in Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, El Mirage, Youngtown, and Vistancia.
Lonia Green, a cancer patient they served, expressed, “I had the pleasure of two wonderful ladies from Legion of Clean who came to assist me with my home. As a leukemia patient and a mother of five, I was about to give birth to my sixth child. The two ladies were not only proficient and efficient, but they also made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I am incredibly grateful for this blessed opportunity. Working with Legion of Clean has been exceptional, and I plan to continue utilizing their services in the future. The owner of the business was welcoming and supportive, and the cleaning team was genuinely the sweetest. The deep clean I received was immensely helpful, providing me with a clean space to bring my newborn home amidst my cancer journey, all while making me feel cared for and welcomed.”
