Primavera Cleaning Service Celebrates Supporting 100 Cancer Patients

LOCAL CLEANING COMPANY CONTINUES MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Sun Prairie, WI — October 13, 2026 — For families navigating cancer treatment, everyday responsibilities can quickly become overwhelming. Primavera Cleaning Service, a locally owned, family-run cleaning company, is helping ease that burden by providing free home cleanings to cancer patients through its longstanding partnership with Cleaning for a Reason.
Primavera has partnered with Cleaning for a Reason since 2017, providing complimentary home cleaning services to cancer patients and their families during some of life’s most challenging moments. Since beginning the partnership, Primavera has supported 100 cancer patients with donated cleaning services valued at $41,128.

The opportunity to support cancer patients is especially meaningful because of the company’s own family roots. Founded in 2002 by Vera Jones, a single mother of three who began cleaning homes to build a better life for her family, Primavera has grown from a one-woman operation into a thriving cleaning company led by Vera and her children, Krisia Haag, co-owner and chief organizational officer, and Jhon LeBaron, co-owner and chief innovation officer. |  Krisia Haag |
“Cancer has affected people very close to me, including my grandma, who passed away from it, so this is something that really means a lot to me,” said Haag. “Going through cancer is already so overwhelming and scary, and there are so many things for that person and their family to think about. I’ve always felt like your home is your safe space, your sanctuary, and I love that we’re able to come in and take one thing off their plate and hopefully make their day a little bit easier. At the end of the day, it’s really just about being able to help people, and I love that Cleaning for a Reason gives us a way to do that through something we already do every day.”
Primavera provides cancer patients with two consecutive months of complimentary home cleaning services to help create a cleaner, more comfortable and peaceful home environment during treatment. The company serves cancer patients in Madison and communities throughout Dane County.
