The Maids of Orange County Helps Cancer Patients for Past 8 Years

Orange County, CA – May 14, 2021 – A cleaning company continues to make a difference for cancer patients in the area. For the past eight years, The Maids of Orange County has partnered with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit serving cancer patients through the gift of a clean home. Owner Jerry Dino understands the importance of a clean environment when undergoing treatment and is committed to making a difference for cancer patients and their families.

Said Dino, “We all know someone who has battled cancer. We are all too familiar with the physical and emotional hardship. For the past eight years, my team and I have experienced the gratitude from cancer patients and their families when we finish cleaning their homes. Not only is a clean, tidy home a relief to a family, but also critical when battling cancer while one is immune compromised. We’re honored to help patients focus on rest and recovery, while we focus on providing a clean, safe, healthy home.” |
Since 2013, The Maids of Orange County has helped 78 cancer patients with donated cleanings valued at $55,343.Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, The Maids of Orange County donates cleanings year round for two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge for cancer patients residing in Orange County.
