The Cleaning Authority of Modesto Joins Nonprofit to Support Cancer Patients

LOCAL CLEANING COMPANY MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Modesto, CA – December 17, 2025 – The Cleaning Authority of Modesto is proud to announce its partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit organization that provides free home cleanings to cancer patients across the United States and Canada. Through this partnership, The Cleaning Authority of Modesto will donate professional cleaning services to local cancer patients, helping relieve some of the stress faced during a difficult and demanding time.
“Supporting families in our community is at the heart of what we do,” said Guri Sran, owner of The Cleaning Authority of Modesto. “Partnering with Cleaning for a Reason gives us the opportunity to help cancer patients focus on healing while we take care of their home. A clean environment can bring comfort and peace during a very challenging season, and we are honored to offer this support. Giving back has always been important to us, and this partnership allows us to make a meaningful difference where it matters most.”
Through this partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, The Cleaning Authority of Modesto will donate cleaning services to two cancer patients’ homes each month for two consecutive months for cancer patients residing in Modesto, Ceres, Turlock, Patterson, Ripon, Riverbank, Escalon, and nearby communities.
Cancer patients—of any age, gender, or type of cancer—may apply for free cleanings at cleaningforareason.org, giving them the relief of a clean, healthy home when it is needed most.
This local initiative is part of The Cleaning Authority’s Corporate Franchise Partnership with Cleaning for a Reason. Since 2009, The Cleaning Authority franchises nationwide have helped 1,726 cancer patients, donating cleanings valued at $678,189. This long-standing commitment reflects the franchise’s mission to offer cancer patients the comfort of a clean home, so they can focus on healing.
