Bowie, MD – March 29, 2021 – Maids To The Max has teamed up with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit providing free house cleaning to cancer patients throughout the United States and Canada. Understanding that a clean home is a healthy home, owner Alycia Booth is committed to helping cancer patients and their families.
“I immediately loved the sole mission of Cleaning for a Reason and wanted to get involved right away,” said Booth. “Maids To The Max was started with a heart for giving and this is the perfect way to do it by donating services using our eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are not only safe for the environment, but also safe for our clients, especially cancer patients who are immune-compromised. During this COVID-19 crisis, we are also following CDC guidelines for disinfecting to slow the spread of the virus, for wearing masks and gloves, and for socially distancing when in a home.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Maids To The Max will support two cancer patients’ homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge. This will be an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Bowie, Laurel, and Crofton.
