Local Cleaning Service Making a Difference for Women With Cancer

OWNERS OF GREEN SWEEP CLEANING & MAINTENANCE TAKE THE FIGHT AGAINST CANCER VERY PERSONALLY
Fort Collins, CO – June 14, 2013 – Green Sweep Cleaning & Maintenance has teamed up with Cleaning For A Reason, an international nonprofit foundation. Started in 2008, Green Sweep Cleaning & Maintenance is run by Janell Adams and her husband Grant. The two have developed the company to be committed to the environment and the community that supports their enterprise.
Janell Adams takes the fight against cancer “very personally” because of the way the disease has affected her family. Not only have her sister-in-law and mother battled and survived different types of cancer, but she has also lost an aunt due to ovarian cancer. She wants her company to help in the battle against this disease and has therefore agreed to clean two homes per month for women with cancer for four consecutive months, free of charge.
Cleaning For A Reason strives to aid women who are battling cancer by teaming up with cleaning services across the United States and Canada. Together, these two forces offer free maid services to meet the needs of women, and since 2006 has donated up to $3,600,000 worth of free services. Based in Lewisville, Texas, Cleaning For A Reason has been able to work with more than 1,000 residential cleaning services and continues to grow and gain support.
