Gaithersburg, MD – April 3, 2026 – April is Cleaning for a Reason Month, and Cleaning for a Reason is proudly celebrating 20 years of providing free professional home cleaning services to cancer patients. In honor of this milestone, Top Team Cleaning, led by owner Dini Moreira, is excited to announce its new partnership with the nonprofit.

Through this partnership, Top Team Cleaning is providing two local cancer patients each month with two consecutive months of complimentary professional home cleaning. These services are available to residents throughout Montgomery County, helping ease the burden of maintaining a home during treatment and recovery, so patients can focus on their health and well-being.
