In Tribute to Mom, Local Owner Donates Home Cleanings to Cancer Patients

Waterville, NY – May 4, 2022 – Home Sweet Home Cleaning & Gardening, LLC has teamed up with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit providing free house cleaning to cancer patients throughout the United States and Canada. Understanding how all-consuming cancer treatment can be, owner Heather Loveland-Button has been wanting to support cancer patients in their hour of need.
“After my Mother battled and won her fight with breast cancer, it was obvious to me that it is necessary to support people going through treatment,” said Loveland-Button. “For patients to fight their hardest, they need to recover and regain their strength in a clean, safe, healthy home. I dedicate this partnership with Cleaning for a Reason to my Mother, Sherri Loveland. Many of our office and cleaning staff are also Moms. We all take great pride in being able to help other families keep their home clean so they have time to enjoy their family.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Home Sweet Home Cleaning & Gardening supports two homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service for cancer patients residing in Oneida, Madison, and Onondago Counties.
