I Care City Donates House Cleaning to Cancer Patients

Greenfield, IN – May 9, 2022 – I Care City, LLC, aka I Care City Maid Service, is teamed up with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit serving cancer patients through free home cleanings in the United States and Canada. Owner and CEO Efe Olasakin understands the importance of support and a clean environment when undergoing illness and is committed to making a difference for cancer patients.
“It means a lot to me to give back to the people in my community whose health issues prevent them from carrying out the day-to-day tasks of cleaning their homes,” said Olasakin. “I started I Care City after receiving a call from a neighbor who was unable to clean his home because of health problems and could not afford my side hustle cleaning service. I remember him saying, ‘In this city, people don’t really care.’ My response was ‘I live in this city, and I care.’ I wondered how many people in our community felt like him. He is the reason I started I Care City with the hope to build a cleaning empire to care about the cleaning needs of medically challenged individuals in our community. Cleaning for a Reason is a perfect non-profit for me to fulfill that dream.”
In partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, I Care City, LLC supports cancer patients by cleaning two homes per month for two consecutive months at no charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Hamilton County, Hancock County, and Indianapolis.
