Cancer Patients Rely on CLEANGIE Professional Cleaning and Services

LOCAL COMPANY MAKING A DIFFERENCE DURING COVID-19
Bulverde, TX – January 19, 2021 – CLEANGIE Professional Cleaning and Services has teamed up with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit providing free house cleaning to cancer patients throughout the United States and Canada. Angie Moreno, owner of CLEANGIE, understands the value of support and a clean home when undergoing cancer treatment.
“I’ve always put others first so I love serving others,” said Moreno. “My grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer well into her 80s and died recently at 91. When I learned about Cleaning for a Reason, I couldn’t wait to join such a great cause knowing what she and the family had to endure during her treatment. This donated service is my tribute to Grandma.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, CLEANGIE Professional Cleaning and Services supports two cancer patients’ homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge. This will be an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Bulverde and the surrounding areas.
Moreno emphasized, “During this coronavirus pandemic, we are here for all of our clients’ sanitizing and disinfecting needs. We are taking preventative measures to lower the risk of infection for all, especially the cancer patients we serve. We follow CDC guidelines for disinfecting high touch surfaces, social distancing in a home, and using gloves and masks.”
