Cancer Patients Can Rely on Rocket Cleaning Services

Holidaysburg, PA – October 22, 2020 – Local company Rocket Cleaning Services, LLC has teamed up with nonprofit Cleaning for a Reason to provide free home cleaning to cancer patients. Owners Robb Johnson and Kristie Denz are committed to making a difference for families in the community and want to extend their reach to helping cancer patients.
“Partnering with Cleaning for a Reason gives us a chance to give back to our community and more specifically to those who need it most,” said Denz. “The draw to this non-profit was the care and specific attention they have put into this program. We are thrilled to focus on taking care of the home for these families, allowing cancer patients to focus on their health and wellness and time with loved ones.”
In partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Rocket Cleaning Services assists cancer patients by cleaning two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This will be an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Altoona, Tyrone, Bellwood, State College, Bedford, and Huntingdon.
Johnson emphasized, “During this COVID-19 crisis, we are doing everything we can to ensure a clean, healthy, and safe home for all of our clients, especially the cancer patients we serve. We are following CDC guidelines to use an EPA-approved disinfectant, to wear masks and gloves, and to socially distance when in a home. Keeping clients and our staff safe is our priority.”
