Cancer Patients Can Rely on Domestic Divas Cleaning Services

Greater Lansing, MI – April 1, 2022 – For the past six years, Domestic Divas Cleaning Services, LLC has provided the gift of a clean home to 21 cancer patients in the Greater Lansing area. Donating more than $7,500 in services, the company works in partnership with nonprofit Cleaning for a Reason. Owner Lainie Buckles understands the challenges that a cancer patient may face and is committed to offering their support.
“Ten years ago, I lost my brother in law to cancer,” said Buckles. “So many people wrapped their arms around my family. Cleaning for a Reason allows me and my staff to wrap our arms around other families in our community. It’s rewarding and continues to teach us all about love, compassion, tolerance, and the financial and emotional havoc thrust upon the patient and their caregivers. It’s our hope that the gift of a clean home will help patients have one less thing to worry about and allow them to spend their time focused on their health and with the people they love.”
Through their partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Domestic Divas Cleaning Services cleans two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Greater Lansing.
