After more than two decades in corporate research & development, and a PhD chemist by trade, Vance was looking for a new challenge and quickly found his core values aligned with those of Two Maids: hard work and people first. He plans to leverage his corporate background in order to create a team of reliable professional house cleaners who truly feel valued and are empowered to do the best job for each client.
