The Cleaning Authority of Macomb Scrubs Away Cancer Patients’ Worries

New Haven, MI – March 26, 2025 – The Cleaning Authority of Macomb proudly partners with Cleaning for a Reason to provide free home cleanings to cancer patients in the United States and Canada. Owned by Victor and Linda Curatolo and their daughter Elyse, the company aims to offer comfort and relief to local patients undergoing treatment, surgery, or hospice care.
“We’ve seen some of our longtime customers struggle with significant health issues, making a clean and healthy home environment even more vital,” shared Elyse Curatolo. “While we’ve had an informal arrangement with customers in the past, our collaboration with Cleaning for a Reason allows us to identify more households in our community with this type of need. A clean home not only reduces stress and supports recovery but also protects immune-compromised cancer patients from harmful germs and allergens. As part of this partnership, The Cleaning Authority of Macomb will provide free home cleaning services to two cancer patients each month for two consecutive months. These services will be offered to cancer patients residing in Northern Macomb County and parts of St. Clair County.
Since joining Cleaning for a Reason in 2009, The Cleaning Authority’s Corporate Franchise Partnership has made a remarkable impact, delivering over $613,066 worth of cleaning services to 1,582 cancer patients. This ongoing collaboration underscores the franchise’s commitment to supporting those in need by ensuring their homes remain clean and safe during such critical times.
