LOCAL CLEANING COMPANY JOINS A NONPROFIT
Broadview Heights, OH – February 4, 2020 – The Cleaning Authority of Broadview Heights has teamed up with Cleaning for a Reason, an international nonprofit serving cancer patients through free home cleaning. Owner Nick Cyganski is committed to helping make life easier for cancer patients and their families through the gift of a clean home.
“Our entire staff is eager to offer our support to local cancer patients in need,” said Cyganski. “We are thrilled to partner with Cleaning for a Reason and to give back to our community in this way. Incorporating social ‘good’ into our business model is an important part of how we want to grow our business. Twice a year, we also sponsor food drives, where we collect over 1,000 lbs of food each time from our customers.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, The Cleaning Authority of Broadview Heights assists cancer patients by cleaning two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This will be an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Broadview Heights and the 10 surrounding zip codes as far east as Sagamore Hills, and as far west as Strongsville.
“Helping cancer patients is very personal for me,” said Cyganski. “Having lost both of my parents to cancer, I understand the effect cancer can have not only on physical health, but also on mental health. Having a clean house is important, especially for those who may have a weakened immune system, but cleaning can be physically draining for these patients. Helping a cancer patient to eliminate the worry of a clean home and to focus on more important things like treatment and spending time with family is what drives this partnership.”
