LOCAL COMPANY MAKING A DIFFERENCE DURING COVID-19
Kaukauna, WI – June 17, 2020 – Queen of Cleaning has partnered with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit providing free home cleaning to cancer patients. Owner Annie King is committed to making a difference for families in the community and wants to extend their reach to helping cancer patients.
“We are so excited to build relationships within our community in a really meaningful way,” said King. “We have always lived by the idea that when you have more than you need, you build a longer table not a higher fence—and with that we have really strived to give back. I think it’s important to lift up those around you. During this coronavirus crisis, we are here to help clients, especially the cancer patients we serve, with all their cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting needs for a clean and healthy home. We are following CDC guidelines by using an EPA-approved disinfectant; wearing masks, gloves and booties; and practicing social distancing when inside the home.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Queen of Cleaning supports two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Fox Valley, DePere, and Oshkosh.
