Grandville, Michigan – December 15, 2014 – Molly Maid of East Ottawa & Kent Counties is a family-owned cleaning company since 2013 that has teamed up with Cleaning For A Reason, an international nonprofit foundation. The company is a franchise of Molly Maid, Inc. headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan. There are 252 franchises in the United States with 13 of them in Michigan. The residential cleaning service cleans the entire home or will work on a plan with a homeowner for smaller areas in the home. They will do one-time cleans for any occasion or a Spring Cleaning at any time of the year. The company also will do move-ins and move outs for people selling or purchasing a home and can help people organize or de-clutter their rooms as an added service.
Owner and President Bob Spaman states, “As an organization, we feel that we should give back to the community we live in and service. This is just a small way that we can help others in their time of need.”
The company has agreed to help women battling cancer by cleaning two homes per month for four consecutive months at no charge. The only requirement is that the homes be within the company’s existing service areas of East Grand Rapids, downtown Grand Rapids, parts of Grandville and Wyoming, and all of Ottawa County.
