Ocean Springs, MS – May 16, 2023 – Maid in Mississippi, LLC has joined forces with Cleaning for a Reason, a non-profit organization that offers free house cleaning services to cancer patients across the United States and Canada. Motivated by values instilled in her since her youth, owner Jessica James is committed to providing exceptional service to her clients, with a special focus on those in her community who are most in need of assistance.
James shared, “My mom taught me the importance of cleanliness, while my dad set an example of always helping others. The well-being of cancer patients deeply resonates with me. During treatment, they prioritize their healing and health by spending most of their time at home. The home serves as the sanctuary, where cleanliness plays a vital role in preventing the spread of germs. Given their compromised immune systems, it’s crucial to shield cancer patients from harmful bacteria. My goal is to provide the energy and support they may lack, ensuring a clean and safe environment that promotes their healing process.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Maid in Mississippi supports two cancer patients’ homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service available to patients residing in the Mississippi Gulf Coast area, specifically in Hancock, Harrison, and Jackson Counties.
