Houndstooth Clean Donates House Cleaning to Women Battling Cancer

Neversink, New York – March 28, 2016 – Houndstooth Clean is a locally-owned residential and commercial cleaning company that has teamed up with Cleaning For A Reason, an international nonprofit foundation. The company provides all phases of cleaning from housekeeping to carpet and furniture shampooing to auto detailing. The work is done solely by owner Sherry Towne. The company’s focus is to make their clients happy. Houndstooth Clean is insured and trained in infection control.
“Houndstooth Clean recently had the wonderful opportunity to partner with Cleaning For A Reason,” stated owner Towne. “This organization allows me to assist women in need in my community. Cancer is hard enough. I want to make a difference for these patients and have them focus on their health, while I take care of their homes. I am looking forward to paying it forward and giving these women a clean home.”
Houndstooth Clean has agreed to help women battling cancer by cleaning at least two homes per month for four consecutive months at no charge. The only requirement is that the homes be within the company’s existing service areas of Sullivan, Orange, and Ulster counties.
