Green Angel Cleaning Services Reaches 13-Year Milestone of Service to Cancer Patients

LOCAL CLEANING COMPANY CONTINUES MAKING A DIFFERENCE
St. Louis, MO – June 26, 2026 – For 13 years, Green Angel Cleaning Service has been making a meaningful difference in the lives of local families facing cancer. Through its longstanding partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, and as a Top 100 Cleaning Partner since 2022, the eco-friendly residential cleaning company has provided free home cleanings to cancer patients, helping ease the burden of everyday household responsibilities during treatment.
Since joining the nonprofit in 2013, Green Angel Cleaning Service has donated $37,877 in complimentary home cleaning services to 113 cancer patients throughout the St. Louis area. In addition to its in-kind services, the company has raised nearly $6,000 over the past five years to further support the organization’s mission.

For owner Stacey Wilund, the commitment is deeply personal. “This mission is especially close to my heart because cancer has touched my family in so many ways,” shared Wilund. “My mom is a breast cancer survivor, my grandmother lost her battle with breast cancer, and I also lost my four-year-old godson to cancer.

Green Angel Cleaning Service currently provides free professional home cleanings for up to five cancer patients each month, with each family receiving services for two consecutive months at no cost. The ongoing program serves cancer patients throughout St. Louis City and St. Louis County, allowing families to focus on treatment, recovery, and time together instead of household chores.
