Fort Clean Services Extends Helping Hand to Cancer Patients

Bristol, CT– July 28, 2023 – Fort Clean Services, Inc., a leading residential and commercial cleaning company, proudly announces its partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, a notable nonprofit organization dedicated to providing complimentary house cleaning services to cancer patients. Under the compassionate leadership of owner Aline Colares, who has a personal understanding of the challenges of battling cancer, Fort Clean Services is committed to extending support and care wherever it is needed within the community.
“Years ago, my mother battled cancer, and the doctors gave her only three months to live,” shared Colares. “Thank God she bravely defeated cancer and is alive today to share her incredible story, but it was far from easy. Sadly, my aunt, her sister, lost her battle with cancer. More recently, I experienced the loss of a close cousin to leukemia, and just 17 days later, my grandmother also succumbed to cancer. Additionally, I’m actively supporting a family in Brazil who is undergoing treatment, and my best friend’s husband is also currently facing this challenging disease. With so many people we know touched by cancer, I am determined to offer love and support to every family I can.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Fort Clean Services supports two cancer patients homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing within a 20-mile radius of Bristol.
