LOCAL COMPANY MAKING A DIFFERENCE DURING COVID-19
Alexandria, VA – January 11, 2021 – DVL Cleaning Group, LLC has teamed up with Cleaning for a Reason, an international nonprofit serving cancer patients through free home cleaning. Leila Flores, President and CEO of DVL Cleaning Group, understands the importance of a clean environment when undergoing treatment and is committed to making a difference for cancer patients and their families.
“Partnering up with Cleaning for a Reason is not just about giving back to our community,” said Flores. “This is the perfect reason to give the gift of a clean home so these cancer patients can focus on their health. During this coronavirus pandemic, we are taking extra steps to protect our staff and clients, especially the cancer patients we help. We are following CDC guidelines to use an EPA-approved disinfectant and also to wear masks and gloves and socially distance when in a home.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, DVL Cleaning Group assists cancer patients by cleaning two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Northern Virginia, particularly Alexandria and Mount Vernon.
