CottageCare Jacksonville Partners With Cleaning For A Reason To Help Women With Cancer

Jacksonville, FL -October 29,2012-There is many research organizations that will help women battling cancer in the future, but CottageCare of Jacksonville is making an impact now! After learning about clients and family members who lost their battle to cancer, this residential cleaning service decided it’s time to partner with Cleaning For A Reason, a nonprofit international organization who was founded in 2006.
Amanda Daret Houser, owner had seen the Cleaning For A Reason logo on other franchisee’s email signature lines and decided to learn more about the organization.
“I am so proud to be affiliated with t his organization and to be provided with an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of families in my own community”, says Houser.
CottageCare will provide free cleaning services for two women per month for four consecutive months. “I embrace the opportunity to teach my staff the importance of community service and provide them with an opportunity to feel the rewards of helping others.”
Since 2006 Cleaning For A Reason has donated over 12,000 free cleanings to women battling cancer. The organization utilizes a network of over 1,000 residential cleaning services in the United States and Canada, which have donated over $3,000,000 worth of services.
