Clements Cleaning Making a Difference for Cancer Patients

COMPANY OFFERS ESSENTIAL CLEANING FOR COVID-19
Waterloo, IL – January 22, 2021 – Clements Cleaning, Inc. has teamed up with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit providing free house cleaning to cancer patients throughout the United States and Canada. Owners Brandy and Tom Clements have family members that have gone through cancer, so they have seen first-hand how a cancer diagnosis and treatment can affect a person physically and emotionally.
“It’s fitting that we get behind this organization with our family history of cancer,” said Brandy Clements. “We have seen the toll cancer takes on a patient. Making a difference in people’s lives is our job and we already enjoy doing this. This partnership gives us an even greater sense of purpose. This is a great way to give back to our community and help those needing our help the most.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Clements Cleaning will support two cancer patients’ homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge. This will be an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Waterloo, Columbia, Valmeyer, Millstadt, Smithton, Hecker, and Red Bud.
Tom Clements emphasized, “Now more than ever during this COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking preventative measures to lower the risk of infection for all, especially the cancer households we serve. We are following CDC guidelines to use an EPA-approved disinfectant to properly sanitize high touch areas in a home. Cleaning teams are also wearing masks and gloves and socially distancing when in a home.”
