BUSY BEES MAID SERVICE JOINS A NONPROFIT
Thurmont, MD – June 18, 2019 – Busy Bees Maid Service, a family-owned and operated residential and commercial cleaning company, has teamed up with Cleaning For A Reason, an international nonprofit serving cancer patients through free house cleanings. Understanding the importance of practical support when undergoing illness, the owner is committed to helping cancer patients and their families.
“My father passed away from lung cancer,” said owner Kimberly Workman. “I saw the toll it took on my mother and immediate family. The simple gifts truly meant the most. Helping them take out the trash, folding their laundry, or just sweeping the floors. Pledging to help others in their time of need speaks deep to my heart.”
Through partnership with Cleaning For A Reason, Busy Bees Maid Service assists cancer patients by cleaning two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This will be an ongoing service to cancer patients in Frederick County.
