ALBANY HOME CLEANING SUPPORT THOSE LIVING WITH CANCER
Albany, NY – December 17, 2012- Not only is Albany the state capital; it is the home to Albany Home Cleaning, a business that is about supporting those living with cancer in their community. They have chosen to partner with Cleaning for a Reason because of personal experiences within their own backyard.
Partnering with the foundation “gives us the opportunity to give back to our community in a unique way,” says owner, Katie Whitt. Katie’s cleaning service has agreed to provide two women free cleanings once a month for four months, free of charge. The most important part of this partnership according to Whitt, ‘is to have them focus on their health and their families.
Since 2006 Cleaning For A Reason has donated over 12,000 free cleanings to women battling cancer. The organization utilizes a network of over 1,000 residential cleaning services in the United States and Canada, which have donated over $3,000,000 worth of services.
