Integrit Cleaning & Organizing Turns Clean Homes Into Moments of Care This Pinktober

Bad Axe, MI – October 12, 2026 – This Pinktober—October’s observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and a time when communities come together to raise awareness and support for those affected by cancer—Integrit Cleaning & Organizing Service is once again turning cleaning into caring.
The company is raising funds for Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit dedicated to providing complimentary home cleaning services to cancer patients, while also committing to provide complimentary cleanings to two additional cancer patients during October.
Since becoming a Cleaning for a Reason partner in 2025, Integrit has raised $1,000 for the nonprofit and donated $1,213 in cleaning services to four cancer patients.
“Everyone knows someone who has been affected by cancer,” said Connie Kramer, owner of Integrit Cleaning & Organizing Service. “A clean home can provide cancer patients and their families with hope, relief, and comfort during one of the most challenging times of their lives. We are commited to helping more cancer patients and their families receive this much-needed practical support.”
For families facing cancer, support can make a meaningful difference. As Cleaning for a Reason celebrates 20 years of helping cancer patients, Integrit is proud to continue supporting its mission and expanding awareness throughout Michigan’s Thumb and surrounding communities.
“Being able to turn something we do every day into meaningful support for families facing cancer is incredibly rewarding,” said Kramer. “We’re proud to partner with an organization that makes it possible for cleaning companies like ours to give back in such a direct and personal way.”
Every dollar raised helps Cleaning for a Reason reach more patients, expand its network of cleaning partners, and provide complimentary cleanings to more families.

Cancer patients of any age, gender, or type of cancer can apply for complimentary home cleaning services at cleaningforareason.org. Applicants are matched with participating cleaning companies based on availability and service area. Patients in the local area can request Integrit Cleaning & Organizing as their preferred cleaning company.
