V & B Construction Services Donates Home Cleaning to Cancer Patients

Charlotte, NC – June 21, 2021 – V & B Construction Services, Inc. has partnered with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit providing free house cleaning to cancer patients. Owner and CEO Gayla Haag is committed to giving back to the community by supporting cancer patients doing what she loves.
“I started working with Cleaning for a Reason eight years ago when I owned a different home cleaning business,” said Haag. “My desire then was to set an example for my children that they should always turn a passion into a ‘give-back’ situation, where they are doing something for the community. I’ve since experienced breast cancer through friends and my niece and I’ve learned that the gift of a clean home is priceless when you lack the strength and immunity for household chores. Since moving back to Charlotte, I’m grateful to continue making a difference through donated home cleanings, while showing my grandchildren now, the value of compassion.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, V & B Construction Services supports two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in zip code 28277 and also the Indian Land area of South Carolina as the company is located on the state line.
