Two Maids of Nashville Celebrates Supporting 100 Cancer Patients

Nashville, TN – August 8, 2024 – Two Maids of Nashville is proud to announce a significant milestone in its commitment to the community, having supported 100 cancer patients through its partnership with Cleaning for a Reason since 2015. This achievement highlights the company’s dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of those facing cancer. The donated cleanings are valued at $32,940, underscoring the company’s generosity and community spirit.
Cleaning for a Reason is a nonprofit organization that provides free home cleaning services to cancer patients, helping to reduce stress and support those in need during a challenging time. Jim Torcivia, Sr., owner of Two Maids of Nashville, shared his thoughts on the milestone.

Jocelyn Limmer, a grateful patient, expressed her appreciation. “I was eight weeks pregnant when I went to the doctor and found out I was both pregnant and had a lump in my breast. I was diagnosed with stage two breast cancer. Having a clean home during such a challenging time lifted a huge burden off my shoulders. I can’t thank this nonprofit and Two Maids of Nashville enough for their kindness and generosity.”
Two Maids of Nashville cleans for up to two cancer patients’ homes a month for two consecutive months free of charge, ensuring these individuals receive the support and care they need during their treatment journey. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Nashville and the surrounding areas, including Lebanon, Mount Juliet, Old Hicktory, Antioch, Franklin, Nolensville, Goodlettsville, and Hendersonville.
