Since officially joining the nonprofit in July 2025, the company has provided free house cleanings for six cancer patients, donating services valued at $1,600—a tangible expression of care and relief for families navigating the challenges of treatment.

Through its partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Two Maids of McKinney provides free house cleaning services to two cancer patients each month, for two consecutive months. Service areas include McKinney, East Frisco, Prosper, Celina, Anna, Princeton, and Melissa.
