LOCAL COMPANY MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Fall River, MA – July 27, 2021 – Newly launched Two Maids and A Mop of Fall River has teamed up with nonprofit Cleaning for a Reason to provide free home cleaning to cancer patients. Owner Eric Marcelino is committed to making a difference for families in the community and wants to extend their reach to helping cancer patients.
“We believe in giving back to our community,” said Marcelino. “Cleaning for a Reason is a great cause and terrific use of our talents. It is satisfying to know that we are contributing to those in need. We all know someone impacted by cancer and the physical and emotional toll that a cancer diagnosis and treatment can have on the patient, the family, and the caregivers. We hope to branch out to other local organizations in need as well.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Two Maids & A Mop of Fall River assists cancer patients by cleaning two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This will be an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in the entire Southcoast of Massachusetts and Eastern parts of Rhode Island.
