Two Maids & A Mop of Alpharetta Committed to Helping Cancer Patients

NATIONAL CLEANING FOR A REASON WEEK, APRIL 18-24
Alpharetta, GA – April 22, 2020 – For the past six months, Two Maids & A Mop of Alpharetta has been donating cleaning services to cancer patients through their partnership with nonprofit Cleaning for a Reason. Committed to helping, Two Maids & A Mop of Alpharetta has supported seven cancer patients thus far with a total donated value of $1,400 in cleanings.
This Two Maids franchise wants to bring heightened awareness of the cause to the area during National Cleaning for a Reason Week, April 18-24. The goal is to help more households battling any type of cancer receive the gift of a clean home.
“We all know the physical and emotional toll cancer can take on an individual,” said Cynthia Jones, operations manager. “Our entire team is committed to easing the burden of cancer patients and their families during this difficult time. A clean home is a healthy home for healing and peace of mind.”
Owner Christian Radakovich emphasized, “We are an essential business still cleaning and disinfecting homes and businesses during this difficult time. We are equipped with our CDC approved disinfectant, as well as use of PPE (personal protection equipment). We all need to support each other to keep small businesses running and to help disinfect against this horrible virus, especially for those most vulnerable, like the cancer patients we serve.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Two Maids & A Mop of Alpharetta assists cancer patients by cleaning two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This will be an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Fulton and Dekalb counties.
