TOP HAT CLEANING JOINS A NONPROFIT
Vancouver, BC – April 29, 2019 – Top Hat Cleaning, a local residential cleaning company, has teamed up with Cleaning For A Reason, an international nonprofit providing free cleaning services to households with cancer. Understanding the importance of a clean environment when undergoing illness, owner Tara Yensen is committed to paying it forward for cancer patients and their families.
“In June of 2017, I lost my husband to a very short battle with cancer,” said Yensen. “It was difficult managing my business, the children, and the duties involved in caring for my husband at home. I was overwhelmed and exhausted both mentally and physically. I want to support households battling cancer so they can focus on family and friends and their health and recovery.”
Through partnership with Cleaning For A Reason, Top Hat Cleaning assists cancer patients by cleaning two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This will be an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Vancouver.
