THE MAIDS OF WICHITA PARTNERING WITH A NONPROFIT
Wichita, KS – May 22, 2019 – The Maids of Wichita, a local residential cleaning franchise, has teamed up with Cleaning For A Reason, a nonprofit serving cancer patients through free home cleaning. The company is dedicated to helping make family life easier and cleaner and wants to extend their reach to cancer patients and their families.
“I was drawn to Cleaning For A Reason because a friend is undergoing cancer treatment,” said owner Joni Garcia of The Maids of Wichita. “I also have had several family members die from cancer. Having a clean home just makes a person feel good. This is something we can provide, while these individuals are using their energies and strength to fight cancer.”
Through partnership with Cleaning For A Reason, The Maids of Wichita assists cancer patients by cleaning two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This will be an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Wichita, Derby, Andover, Goddard, Maize, and the surrounding areas.
