NeatClean Maids Celebrates 9 Years of Helping Cancer Patients

Mesquite, Texas – May 15, 2019 – Since 2010, NeatClean Maids has teamed up with Cleaning For A Reason, an international nonprofit serving cancer patients through free house cleaning. Owners Maria Cabrera and Aracele Morales are committed to making a difference for families in need in the community. For the past nine years, the company has generously donated $18,000 worth of house cleanings to 49 cancer patients.
“Years ago, meeting Cleaning For A Reason founder Debbie Sardone inspired us,” said co-owner Morales. “We come from a big family. If someone needs something, big or small, a family member is there to help and we feel very blessed to have that in our life. We wanted our community, and especially cancer patients, to feel that NeatClean Maids is part of their family and is ready to help professionally clean and sanitize their home.”
NeatClean Maids helps cancer patients by cleaning three homes per month for two consecutive months at no charge. The only requirement is that the homes be within the company’s existing service territory of Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Allen, Frisco, McKinney, Mesquite, Garland, Rowlett, Rockwall, Royse City, Forney, Sunnyvale, and the surrounding areas.
“When leaving a cancer patient’s home, our team is joyful seeing the patient’s big smile and improved energy level,” said co-owner Cabrera. “Also knowing that the kids are returning to a clean home and that a spouse can focus on family, rather than cleaning, just makes it all worthwhile. We love sharing the gift of a clean home with cancer patients and their families.”
