MaidPro Greenville Making a Difference for Cancer Patients

Greenville, SC – May 9, 2019 – MaidPro Greenville, a cleaning franchise company, has teamed up with Cleaning For A Reason, an international nonprofit that provides free house cleanings to cancer patients. Cheryl Holmes, General Manager of MaidPro Greenville, expressed how the company wants to give back by providing a service to any household facing a cancer diagnosis.
“Last year, a dear friend of management passed away—Audrey Riley,” said Holmes. “She went to the doctor with what she thought was a sinus infection and soon discovered she had lung cancer—a healthy, garden-loving, career corporate leader, non-smoker with lung cancer. In about 18 months from this discovery, we lost a beautiful sister and friend. In Audrey’s honor as well as so many other brave cancer patients who valiantly battle against all forms of cancer, we humbly serve and participate in Cleaning For A Reason.”
Through partnership with Cleaning For A Reason, MaidPro Greenville works with cancer patients to clean two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This will be an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Greenville, Greer, and Simpsonville communities.
