Maid In The Shade Supporting Cancer Patients With a Clean Home

Highlands County, FL – May 24, 2024 – Maid In The Shade cleaning service has teamed up with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit that offers free house cleaning services to cancer patients across the United States and Canada. Owner Stephanie Price is passionate about providing cleaning services to help cancer patients in need, drawing from her own personal loss due to cancer.

Working with Cleaning for a Reason, Maid In The Shade supports two cancer patients’ homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing within a 30-mile radius of Avon Park, including Highlands County and parts of Hardee and Polk counties.
