Kingdom Cleaning and More Extends a Helping Hand to Cancer Patients

West Hartford, CT – August 23, 2023 – Kingdom Cleaning and More has joined forces with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing complimentary house cleaning to cancer patients. Founder and owner Christiane “Chris” Nascimento, who experienced her own share of challenges while caring for her husband after his stroke, is committed to paying forward the support she received during that difficult time.
“Amidst the challenges life presented, I dedicated myself to my cleaning company while caring for my husband after his stroke, managing our household, and looking after our children,” shared Nascimento. “The support I received from loved ones during those tough times is something I’ll forever be grateful for. This very spirit of giving inspired me to partner with Cleaning for a Reason and give back to the community by offering free cleanings for cancer patients. Having walked that path, we understand the significance of friends and family stepping in to help. A clean and serene home can make an incredible difference for a cancer patient, offering them a sanctuary of comfort and calm during their journey.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Kingdom Cleaning and More supports two cancer patients homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in West Hartford, CT, and Milford, MA, and within a 20-mile radius of each city.
