Ormond Beach, FL – June 8, 2023 – eMaids of Volusia County has teamed up with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit providing free house cleaning to cancer patients in the United States and Canada. Owners Jason Abdela and Brad Leslie are committed to providing support to alleviate the profound challenges faced by cancer patients.
“The partnership with Cleaning for a Reason is important to us because cancer has touched all our lives at some point,” said Abdela. “We’ve seen firsthand the struggles and hardships that families endure on their cancer journey. As a corporate franchise partner, eMaids’ corporate office and franchise locations provide free home cleanings to cancer patients and raise awareness of Cleaning for a Reason’s mission through marketing, social media, and events. eMaids of Volusia supports two cancer patients’ homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Volusia and Flagler Counties.
