Cleaning for a Reason and PBMOA Host Sixth Annual Fundraising Event
Rosemont, Ill. – October 27, 2023 – Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit dedicated to providing cleaning services to cancer patients, is excited to announce the sixth annual Philadelphia Building Managers & Operators (PBMOA) Charity Event, taking place on November 8, 2023, from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. at Commerce Square in downtown Philadelphia.
This event, planned and hosted by Kathleen Albertson, account manager at Allen Industries, aims to raise essential funds to support Cleaning for a Reason’s mission of providing free home cleanings to cancer patients. The theme for this year is “Dr. Seuss,” adding a whimsical touch to an evening of networking, refreshments, games, and fun.
In the spirit of giving, attendees are encouraged to donate a classic Dr. Seuss book to cancer patients and their families.
The evening will be filled with excitement, featuring raffles, a talented DJ, a fun-filled Photo Booth, and two inspirational speakers.
Albertson expressed, “All money raised will be used directly to further the mission at Cleaning for a Reason. We’re determined to surpass last year’s final total of $9,000. A clean, healthy home brings a smile to all, especially those battling cancer. The free cleanings leave a lasting impact and foster stronger connections, benefiting both the patients receiving assistance and our entire community.”
