The Cleaning Authority of St. Joseph Makes Homes Healthier for Healing

THE CLEANING AUTHORITY OF ST. JOSEPH DONATES CLEANINGS TO HELP HEALING
St. Joseph, MI–May 16, 2013 – The Cleaning Authority of St. Joseph has recently teamed up with Cleaning For A Reason, an international nonprofit foundation. The company aims to be eco-friendly and only uses Green Sealed certified products, which works well with Cleaning For A Reason’s mission. The chemicals in the products used by The Cleaning Authority are a safer alternative to typical bleaches and ammonias, especially for patients who might have a bad reaction to those products; so The Cleaning Authority is not only looking out for the environment, but their customers as well.
Owner Cameron Korody was ready to team up with Cleaning for a Reason because he knows his services will help in “making sure [the women’s] homes are healthier environments for healing” and “provide individuals with cancer some stress relief.” This is a very personal cause to Korody who lost his mother to uterine cancer after years of battling the disease. In memory of his mother, Korody and The Cleaning Authority of St. Joseph have agreed to clean two homes per month for four consecutive months in Berrien County and northern Indiana.
Cleaning for a Reason strives to aid women who are battling cancer by teaming up with cleaning services across the United States and Canada. Together, these two forces offer free maid service to meet the needs of women, and since 2006 has donated up to $3,500,000 worth of services. Based in Lewisville, TX, Cleaning for a Reason works with more than 1,000 residential cleaning services and continues to grow and gain support.
