LOCAL COMPANY MAKING A DIFFERENCE DURING COVID-19
Myakka City, FL – May 27, 2020 – Clean Queens of Florida, LLC has partnered with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit providing free home cleaning to cancer patients. Owners Jessica Butler and Dolly Johnson are committed to making a difference for families in the community and want to extend their reach to helping cancer patients.
“Our partnership with Cleaning for a Reason is especially important to us,” said Jessica Butler. “Dolly and I have firsthand knowledge of how cancer affects not only the patient, but also the entire family. My mother and mother-n-law battled cancer and lost their fight. However, Dolly fought and won the battle twice.”
Said Dolly Johnson, “We clean to sanitize and disinfect surfaces and make homes clean, safe, and healthy, especially for the cancer patients we serve. During this time, our staff are working extra diligently every day to reduce the spread of COVID-19. When cleaning, our staff wear masks, gloves, and booties, while practicing social distancing in the home.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Clean Queens of Florida supports two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Sarasota and Bradenton.
