Saratoga Springs, NY – July 29, 2020 – Cleanr Home Cleaning Service has teamed up with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit providing free house cleaning to cancer patients. Owner Jamie Harris is committed to making a difference for families in the community and wants to extend their reach to helping cancer patients.

“When I began this company I vowed to make a difference,” said Harris. “I want to give back to the community that I call home and that supports my business. What better way than through this nonprofit! Keeping a clean home can be hard, and when you add on to it the stresses of cancer treatments… nearly impossible.  During this COVID-19 crisis, I want to help our clients and especially our cancer patients shelter-in-place in a clean, safe, healthy home. While practicing social distancing when cleaning in a home, we are also using an EPA-approved disinfectant and wearing masks, gloves, and booties.”

Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Cleanr Home Cleaning Service supports two homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Saratoga County.
