AmeriStar Facility Solutions – Member Meet & Greet with the Greater Wyoming Valley Chamber
Dallas, PA – October 26, 2024 – In 2011, AmeriStar Facility Solutions began its operations offering limited cleaning and janitorial services. Today, with over 13 years in business, their team has not only expanded their commercial services, but they’ve also launched a residential services company, AmeriStar Maids Inc.
AmeriStar Facility Solutions offers complete janitorial services, including healthcare cleanings, school cleanings, office cleanings, government building cleanings, etc. AmeriStar Maids, Inc. offers residential cleaning, including deep cleaning, one-time cleanings and recurring cleanings.
An Industry Leader
According to owner Don Goodwin, “What makes us unique at AmeriStar is that we like creating value every time we service our customers. At AmeriStar, you never have to call a national number to resolve your concerns, because we’re not a franchise. The call is local, and decision makers are local. We think our community deserves that level of service.”
“One of our highlights recently was our ability to deliver industry leading cleaning standards by delivering on-demand services during the global pandemic. AmeriStar Facility Solutions was tasked to provide critical cleaning and disinfection services to three (3) school districts and to one of the larger healthcare provider,” says Don.
Outside of giving back through direct cleaning services, AmeriStar also gives back locally, first by partnering with Cleaning for a Reason, a national organization that provides FREE home cleaning to local patients battling cancer. Secondly, since 2021, AmeriStar has held an Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive that benefits the Back Mountain Food Pantry which provides meals to families in our community.
Don says that they invest in the community in this way because, “Northeastern PA has been our home, and we’ve enjoy serving the businesses and residents across this region.”
