MaidMe Partners With Nonprofit to Support Cancer Patients

LOCAL CLEANING COMPANY MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Monrovia, CA – June 3, 2026 – MaidMe, a locally owned residential and commercial cleaning company has partnered with the nonprofit Cleaning for a Reason to provide free home cleanings to local cancer patients. The partnership holds special significance for the owners, Jimmy and Christina Chick.
“After losing a close family member to cancer, we understand firsthand how overwhelming and emotionally exhausting the journey can be for both patients and their loved ones,” said Jimmy Chick.
“During treatment, everyday tasks like keeping up with the home can quickly become an added source of stress,” continued Christina Chick. “By providing a clean, comforting, and healthy living environment, we hope to give families a small sense of relief and one less thing to worry about. It is an honor for us to support individuals in our community during such a difficult season and to help bring a little comfort, care, and peace into their homes.”
Through its year-round partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, MaidMe will provide free home cleanings to two cancer patients each month. Each patient receives two complimentary cleanings—one cleaning per month for up to two months. Based in the San Gabriel Valley, the company donates services to cancer patients residing in Pasadena and surrounding communities, spanning from Glendora to Glendale.
As Cleaning for a Reason celebrates 20 years of impact, partnerships like this continue to expand its reach—bringing practical relief and support to cancer patients across North America.
