Akron, OH – January 7, 2025 – The Cleaning Authority of Akron has partnered with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit dedicated to providing free house cleaning services to cancer patients. Owner Keith Bennett is passionate about making a meaningful difference in his community and is committed to going above and beyond to support cancer patients and their families during their most difficult times.

Through its partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, The Cleaning Authority of Akron will clean two homes per month for two consecutive months, free of charge, for cancer patients in Akron, the surrounding suburbs, and most of Portage County. This ongoing service will help ease the burdens of local cancer patients and their families.
The Cleaning Authority’s Corporate Franchise Partnership with Cleaning for a Reason highlights their unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of cancer patients. Since the partnership began in 2009, The Cleaning Authority has provided cleaning services to 1,550 cancer patients, with a total value of $593,044 in donated services. This collaboration underscores the franchise’s dedication to offering cancer patients a clean, safe home during their recovery, ensuring they can focus on what truly matters—their health.
